“HRMIS”

HRMIS – Human resources management information system. It is a web
application for managing the Human Resources and Financials of
Department of Public Administration in Albania. It is now connected with
Treasury State program and other state applications with WCF services.

“DAP Collaboration”
I was part of the development and integration of Dap Collaboration
System Albania. A comprehensive collaboration and knowledge platform
implemented for government institutions to organize, store and publish
their documents securely in a centralized system. A centralized software
application which serves two logically separate, but not necessarily
disjoint functions: public portal and intranet portal. It is all organized in
SharePoint and with custom Controllers.

“eInvest”
I was part of the development and integration of eInvest. It was a web
application created for managing big Investors communications. There
were too many actors that can use the system and leave traces of
communication throw the system. The project was organized in
Sharepoint and custom controllers.

“EITI”
I was part of the development and integration of EITI project. It was a
project build in ASP.Net Core. There I was asked to make the system in
two Languages. I used to do that with resource files because of the
infrastructure. Also, I made different tasks.

“Wordpress projects”
I was the main developer about all companies websites build in
wordpress. Also, I was responsible for maintenance and for making
changes throw the time.

“eTax”
eTax is a state project that calculate all kinds of taxes, debts, risks of
Taxpayers. It is divided in three systems. One of them is online, one is for
synchronizing online one with offline one. And the main project is the
one that tax officers and other administrators use. I am responsible for
risk module. There I have some SSIS packages and procedures in DB for
all Taxpayers risk of not paying their debts in time.
Also, I am part of Cases Module where I work on ASP.NET MVC 5,
NHibernate, Sql Server etc.

“Engineering”
I was part of an outsourcing projects for an Italian customer. First project
for them I was asked to create and update the Monitoring and
Application logs for a project they use for Covid in the zone of Lombardi,
Italy. I used to work with visual basic, visual basic.net and ASP.Net Web
forms.

“Freelance project”
I was part of creating the infrastructure and building a project for an
American Company in Albania. They had a system online for deliveries
and orders in Web Forms. I created the project with ASP.Net MVC 5, web
api in backend. Frontend was organized in Angular, but I was responsible
only for backend. I used dependency inject and Entity framework.
