“ISSAT”, established in 2006, is licensed and accredited by local and foreign authorities to offer advanced professional courses, and carries a unique history and experience in providing the best training and expertise to public administration, companies, organizations , businesses throughout Albania.
For 17 years, the mission of ISSAT has been and remains the increase of capacities, the enrichment of human resources available for the domestic and foreign market.
Over 15,000 people trained and qualified by ISSAT during 2006-2023, in 58 Certified Trainings in the fields of Management, Economics, Finance, Health, Sociology, Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology.

ISSAT trainings are officially certified and recognized by FEDE-EUROPEAN EDUCATION FEDERATION.
The certificate will contain the two respective seals of FEDE and ISSAT, as well as an identification number assigned by FEDE for each student.
ISSAT students will have the opportunity to obtain a Certificate approved by FEDE, which is well-known in all European areas and beyond.
